time = 2 hrs ; rate = x + 75 mph ; distance = 2(x+75) = 2x+150 miles

1st train DATA:
time = 5 hrs ; rate ; x mph ; distance = 5x miles

Equation:
distance = distance
5x = 2x+150
3x = 150
x = 50 mph (speed of the 1st train)
x+75 = 125 mph (speed of the 2nd train)
