distance=2400 mi ; time 4.75 hrs ; rate=2400/4.75=505.26 mph

To LA DATA:
distance = 2400 mi; time = 6 hrs ; rate = 2400/6=400 mph

P+w=505.25 mph
p-w=400
Add to get:
2p=905.25
p=452.625 mph (speed of plane in still air)
w=p-400= 52.625 mph (speed of the wind)
