Question 774641: How long will it take a 1km long goods train traveling at 15Kmph to get completely through a bridge that is 2km long?
Answer by Cromlix(4381) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Time = Distance/Speed
Time = 1 km/15 km/h
Time = 0.06 hr
Time = 4 minutes
So, the train will take
8 minutes to go through
the 2km tunnel.
Hope this helps.
