rate = x kmh ; time = 2 hrs ; distance = rt = 2x km

faster car DATA:
rate = x+7 kmh ; time = 2 hrs ; distance = rt = 2x+14 km

Equation:
faster + slower = 300-34 = 266 km
------
2x + 14 + 2x = 266
4x = 252
x = 62 kmh (slower car speed)
x+7 = 69 kmh (faster car speed)
