2nd car speed: 90 min per oval

Find the least common multiple:
120 = 2^3*3*5
90 = 2*3^2*5
-----
Least common multiple = 2^3*3^2*5 = 360
--------
Ans: The pass every 360 min or every 6 hours.

The LCM of 2 & 1.5 is 6 minutes, 3*2 = 4*1.5

Every 6 minutes, both cars are at the starting point.
In the 6 minutes, the fast car makes 4 laps and the slow car makes 3 --> passes 1 time each 6 minutes.
