make the relationship as a proportion
638 miles/11 hours= 754 miles/x
x =represents the hrs. to drive 754
after we have the relationship please cross multiply then we have
638 x= 754*11
638 x= 8294 then divide by both sides by 638
x = 13
she will drive 754 miles in 13 hrs.
