Two difficulties here: First, you did not provide all of the parameters for the problem, so no one can solve it anyway. Second this is a not particularly difficult problem but it is quite time consuming to lay out the complete solution. I, for one, would expect to get paid for a complete solution including graphs. Write for a quote.
