What mile will the trains meet?
:
First find how many hrs after Train B leaves that they meet
t = B's travel time
(t+1) = A's travel time

When they meet, their total distance traveled will be 792 mi
Write a distance equation, dist = speed * time
42(t+1) + 33t = 792
42t + 42 + 33t = 792
42t + 33t = 792 - 42
75t = 750
t = 750/75
t = 10 hrs after Train B departs, they will meet
