Question 717725: i ride my bike to the office at a rate of 12mph if i drive my car my rate is 36mph but my driving time is 1/4 times less than my time riding my bike how far is my office from my house?
I've tried every d=rt way possible cannot get a decent answer im assuming because of the time conversion idk please help me out step by step so i can retrace my problem.

Your problem doesn't make sense. How can you travel at only 3 times the speed but get there 4 times as fast? Impossible regardless of the distance traveled.
