Question 702298:
iF A BUILDING IS 180 FT BY 88 FT AND I WALK AROUND IT FOUR TIMES HOW MANY MILES WOULD I HAVE WALKED

Answer by checkley79(3341)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Perimeter=2l+2w.
2*180+2*88=360+176=536 ft. for 1 walk-a-round.
536*4=2,144 ft for 4 walk-a-rounds.
2,144/5,280=.41 miles is the total walked.
