rate = 54 mph ; time = x hrs ; distance = 54x miles

2nd Part DATA:
rate = 30 mph ; time = 7-x hrs ; distance = 30(7-x) miles

Equation:
distance + distance = 330 miles
54x + 210 - 30x = 330
24x = 120
x = 5 hrs (time for 1st part)
7-x = 2 hrs (time for 2nd part)
