Difference in time= 13:30 => 1.50 hours
Cyclist I will have covered 24.00 miles Cyclist II starts
catch up distance= 24.00 miles
catch up speed = 20 -16
catch up speed = 4 mph
Catchup time = catchup distance/catch up speed
catch up time= 6 hours
