rate = 60 mph ; distance = x miles; time = x/60 hrs

rate = 65 mph ; distance = x miles ; time = x/65 hrs

Equation:
time - time = 4 hrs
x/60 - x/65 = 4

(65x-60x) = 4*60*65
x = 4*12*65
x = 3120 miles
