= 167.2 ft/sec

A has to overtake vehicle B in 126.3 sec
= 126.3
500 = 126.3(167.2-b)
500 = 21117.36 - 126.3b
126.3b = 21117.36 - 500
126.3b = 20617.36
b = 20617.36/126.2
