10(x-c)=140;
5(x+c)=140
x+c=28
x-c=14
2x=42
x=21
x+c=28
21+c=28
c=7

Note: D = rt OR r = D/t
r - c = 14 =
r + c = 28 =
2r = 42
r = 21 and c = 7
