A recent sales trip that covered 1800 miles used 51 gallons of gasoline. Assuming that the advertised mileage estimates were correct, how many miles were driven in the city?

    |Multiplying thru by 200 so as all denominators = 1

 8x + 5(1800-x) = 10200     | Solve for x
