3 hrs = 3*60*60 = 10800 seconds

45 seconds: 1 rotation

1 second: 1/45 rotations

60*1 second: 60*(1/45) rotations

60 seconds: 60/45 rotations

60 seconds: 4/3 rotations

1 minute: 4/3 rotations

60*1 minute: 60*(4/3) rotations

60 minutes: 240/3 rotations

60 minutes: 80 rotations

1 hour: 80 rotations

3*1 hour: 3*80 rotations

3 hours: 240 rotations

So in 3 hours, it will complete 240 rotations
