them standing still and the other moving away at
the sum of their speeds.
I will say that Peter is traveling at mi/hr

that is 35x miles long where "x" is time for Gregg and

Equation:
distance + distance = 225 miles
35x + 55x = 225
90x = 225

Time when they are 225 miles apart: noon + 2.5 miles = 2:30 PM
