he is as much older as the time it takes for him to go around the world back and forth 3 times.
it doesn't matter which direction he is traveling.
time is time.
you can't go back.
if it takes him 3 days to go around the world, then 3 back and forth trips around the world would take 18 days.
he would be 18 days older than he was when he started.
it all depends on how long it takes him to go around the world.
