Question 606735: a concorde travels 1 mile per 3 seconds how far would it have travelled in an hour? please also explain how to work it out thank you.
Answer by solver91311(24713) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Step 1: Determine the number of seconds in one hour. Hint: There are 60 minutes in one hour and there are 60 seconds in each of those minutes.
Step 2: Divide the result of step 1 by 3. That will tell you the number of 3 second intervals, each representing 1 mile traveled, in one hour.

My calculator said it, I believe it, that settles it
