Question 588371: if an arrow flys at 315 FPS how long will it take for the arrow to travel 20 yards?
Answer by jim_thompson5910(35256)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1 yard = 3 feet

20 yards = 20*3 feet

20 yards = 60 feet

------------------------------------------

d = rt

60 = 315t

60/315 = t

0.190476 = t

t = 0.190476

So it will take roughly 0.190476 seconds.
