Let t = time required after A & I show up
Let the completed job = 1 (a clean gym)
:

multiply by 30 to get rid of the denominators, results:
3(t+1) + 6t + 5t = 30
3t + 3 + 6t + 5t = 30
14t = 30 - 3
14t = 27
t = 27/14
t = 1.93 hrs after A & I show up
