Jim's travel time: * 60 = 45 min
Sam-s travel time: * 60 = 41.558 min, get there first, obviously

I should have pointed out that when the two meet, of course they will be exactly the same distance from the office. The .03 mi discrepancy was from rounding off the decimals.
