Answer by mananth(16946)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Train A x mph
Train B = x+20 mph
they are moving against each other
add up speeds the effective speed = 2x+20
d=330 miles
t= d/r
3=330/(x+20)
3(x+20)=330
3x+60=330
3x=270
/3
x= 90 mph
Train A speed = 90 mph
Train B speed = 90+20 =110 mph
