Distance from Earth to Moon = 238,857 miles
Speed of car = 65mph
Time = Distance/speed
Time = 238857/65
Time = 3674.723077 hours.
If you drive with a uniform speed of 65mph it will take 3674.723077 hours to get at Moon.
