rate = 60 mph ; distance = x miles ; time = d/r = x/60 hrs.

Car DATA:
rate = 66 mph ; distance = x miles ; time = d/r = x/66 hrs.

Equation:
truck time - 12 min = car time
x/60 - 1/5 = x/66
----
Multiply thru 5*60*66
5*66x - 60*66 = 5*60x
----
30x = 60*66
x = 132 miles
---
Time = 132/66 = 2 hrs. (car time)
