Question 522421: Please help I am stuck question is : A motorcycle travels 196 miles in the same amount of time that a car travels 161 miles. The rate of the motorcycle is 10 miles per hour faster than the rate of the car. Find the rate of the car.
I know to use r=d/t for the motorcycle it would be r+10=196/t for the car r=161/t but I'm confused how to put them together to make the equation. I'm thankful for any help.
