plane speed = 450 mph
wind speed = x mph

speed against wind 450 - x 14.07
speed with wind 450 + x

Distance against wind 1900 m
Distance with wind 2500 m

t=d/r time against = time with
1900/(450-x)=2500/(450+x )
1900(450 +x)=2500 (450-x)
855000 + 1900 x = 1125000 - 2500 x
2500 x 1900 x = 270000
4400 x = 270000
/ 4400
x = 61.36 mph wind speed

Time equals distance divided by rate. With the wind, the wind speed adds, against the wind, the wind speed subtracts. Hence:
