The formula is 

vT = rw

or
     vT 
r = ———
     w

The angular velocity w of the second hand is 

60

Each revolution is 2p radians.

So 60 =  =  
 
     vT 
r = ———
     w

     
r = ———————————— 
      


r =  =  = 1400.5635 feet.

That's the length the second hand would have to be for the tip of it
to be traveling 100 mi/hr.   That's the only one I'll do for now.

The minute hand would have to be 60 times the length of the second hand, and
the hour hand would have to be 3600 times the length of the second hand.
