The red car has a head start of 52 mi/hr * 1 hr = 52 mi
Since the are both traveling the same direction, they have a RELATIVE speed of
65 - 52 = 13 mi/hr
Considering relative speed, we imagine the red car standing still and the blue
car moving toward it at 13 mi/hr.
So it will take 52 mi/(13 mi/hr) = 4 hrs for the blue car to overtake the red one.
