it's all about distance/rate problem.
While waiting for his date, Noel takes a bus ride at 60 kph to a certain point and then walks back leisurely at 10 kph. The bus ride takes 15 minutes less than his walking. How far does he walk and for how long?

n/60+1/4=n/10
n+15=6n
5n=15
n=3 kilometers
3 miles @ 60 kph=3 minutes
3 miles @ 10 kph=3/10 hour =18 minutes
18 minutes - 3 minutes=15 minutes..
