If you're driving at 15 m/s for 10 kilometers, it has taken you 10000/15 seconds, or 666.67 seconds. Similarly, we get 10000/25=400 seconds for the next part. All told, you have traveled 20000 meters over 1066.666667 seconds, which works out to 18.75 m/s.
