DOWNSTREAN THE RATE IS 20 MPH RETURN IS 20/2.5 OR 8 MPH THUS THE CURRENT IS 1/2 THE DIFERENCE IN THE 2 RATES OR (20-8)/2 OR 12/2=6 MPH FOR THE CURRENT
THEN THE BOAT SPEED IS 20-6=14 MPH.
