Difference in time= 01:30=> 1.5 hours
Robert will have covered 67.5 miles before Laura starts from home
catch up distance= 67.5 miles
catch up speed = 54 -45 mph
catch up speed = 9 mph
Catchup time = catchup distance/catch up speed
catch up time= 67.5 / 9
catch up time= 7.5 hours
