Ratio of the horses speed to the man's speed using integers

Assume:
5 mph the horses speed
2 mph the man's speed
:
Find the time in minutes for each to make one lap on the 1.5 mi track
* 60 = 18 min for the horse to complete one lap
* 60 = 45 min for the man to complete one lap
:
Find the Least common multiple of 18 and 45
Prime factor
18: 2 * 3 * 3
45: 3 * 3 * 5
LCM: 2*3*3*5 = 90 min

The horse will complete exactly = 5 laps, least number for the horse
