Answer by Alan3354(69443)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
r = 2400/140 ft/sec = 120/7 ft/sec
22 ft/sec = 15 mph (from memory, but you can confirm it)
r in mph = (120/7)*15/22 = 1800/154 mph
r = 900/77 mph
r =~ 11.688 mph

Answer by josmiceli(19441)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
In units:
( feet / sec ) x ( miles / feet ) x ( sec / min ) x ( min / hr ) = mi / hr
With data:

The speed would be 11.69 mi/hr
