500yds/5mins=500x12yds/5x12mins=6000yds./60mins.=6000yds./hr.
6000yds./1760yds/mile=3.41mph
Bridgett ain't even close. Her speed is 3.41mph..

1760yd = 1mi
500yd/5min = (500/1760)mi/ 5min = 100/1760mi /min = 3.4mph
100/1760mi /min = .0568mi/min = 3.4mph
