Difference in time=01:30
Freight train will have covered 67.5 miles before Amtrak starts
catch up distance=67.5 miles
catch up speed =60-45 mph
catch up speed =15 mph
Catchup time = catchup distance/catch up speed
catch up time= 67.5 /15
catch up time= 4.5 hours
