How many miles did Russell ride in the bike-a-thon?


In the 1 hour between 9AM and 10AM, he rode 11 miles, so his speed was
11 miles per hour.  From 9AM till 4PM is 7 hours, minus 1 hour for lunch,
which means he rode for 6 hours at 11 miles per hour, so he rode 6*11 
or 66 miles.
