distance = 3.6 miles ; rate = x mph ; time = d/r = 3.6/x hrs.

Jogger DATA:
distance = 6 miles ; rate = x+2 mph ; time = d/r = 6/(x+2) hrs.

Equation:
time = time
3.6/x = 6/(x+2)

3.6x + 7.2 = 6x
2.4x = 7.2
x = 3 mph (walker speed)
x+2 = 5 mph (jogger speed)
