Train B speed = xmph---- 160 miles
Train A= x+18 mph ----250 miles
250/(x+18)= 160/x

Answer by Alan3354(69443)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
d = rt
Train A:
250 = (r+18)t
t = 250/(r+18)
Train B:
160 = rt
t = 160/r
-----------
250/(r+18) = 160/r
