At 1:00 PM you leave your house for the store at 17 km away.
-------
You drive with a constant velocity of 94 km/hr.

How long will it take you to reach the store?
Equation:
time = distance/rate
time = 17 km/94 km/hr = (17/94)hr = 10.85 minutes
--------
How far away from the house would you be at 2:30 PM if you kept driving without stopping at the store?
distance = rate*time
distance = 94 km/hr * 2.5 hrs - 15 km = 218 km from the store
