Answer by Alan3354(69443)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1 mile = 1.609344 kms (exactly)
1 hour = 3600 seconds
-----------
70 km/hr = 70 km/hr * (1/3600) hr/sec * (1/1.609344) mi/km
=~ 1.20822E-2 mi/sec
=~ 0.01208 mi/sec

Hi
Note: 1km = .6214mi and 1 hr = 3600sec
70km/1hr = 70*.6214mi/3600sec = 43.498mi/3600sec = .0121mi/sec
