Let Mark rate be x mph
Then Mary rate is x+15 mph

They are separating at a rate of 2x+15 mph

Equation:
distance = rate*time
315 = (2x+15)*3
105 = 2x+15
2x = 90
x = 45 mph (Mark's rate)
x+15 = 60 mph (Mary's rate)
