I'm not sure this is the right answer... I divided 180 degress by 14 and I came up with 12.8571429 and I rounded it up to 13. I don't know what I am doing! Please help.

Let the angle measure be "x".
Its supplement is "180-x".

supp = 14*angle
180-x = 14x
---
180 = 15x
x = 12 degrees
