A runs round in 1 minute.
If B runs at the same speed as A , they will meet in 30 seconds.
If they have to meet in 20 seconds B has to run faster.
A would have covered 1/3 in 20 seconds
B has to cover 2/3 in 20 seconds for them to meet.
So, B has to run twice as fast as A ANSWER.
