Question 338602: If given the distance and average speed how do you find out the time it took to get there
Answer by Earlsdon(6294) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You can use:
where d = distance, r = rate(speed), and t = time.
Since you want to find the time, you would solve this for time.
or time = distance divided by average speed.
