i think your missing some important and necessary information to solve. for instance what speed interval are youlooking for :m/s m/h
speed=distance/time. as far as your problem goes there isnt a time mentions so this to me means it didnt move from its spot. I suggest re-evaluating the question and see if there is more information if like in a series of questions.
