rate = x mph ; time = 2 hrs ; distance = 2x miles

rate = 2x-30 ; time = 2 hrs ; distance = 2(2x-30) = 4x-60 miles

car distance - bus distance = 20 miles
4x-60-2x = 20
2x = 80
