Question 30662: An airplane travels down a runway for 4.0 seconds with an acceleration of 9.0 m/s2. what is its change in velocity during this time?
Answer by Paul(988) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
In normal form average acceleration = change in velocity/change in time
||a||=v/t rerrange:
v=||a||(t)
v=9.0m/s^2(4.0)
v=36
Hence, the velocity was 36m/s.
